Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking date. This amount is dependent on the package you choose and the deposit amount will be confirmed via email when we secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Payment plans are not available at this time.
Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking date.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.​
