​Outdoor Events

• Mini golf can generally operate in light weather conditions.

• In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, storms, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay, modify, relocate, or cancel the setup if it is considered unsafe or likely to damage our equipment. Safety based decisions by the hire company are common practice across the event industry.
   

Weather Policy

• At Par-Tee On The Go, the safety of our staff, guests, and equipment is our highest priority. While our portable mini golf course is designed for outdoor use, severe weather conditions may affect setup and operation.
   

Wet Weather Backup

For all outdoor bookings, we strongly recommend having a suitable undercover or indoor backup location available. If adequate space is available, we will happily relocate the setup to your backup location.
 

Weather Assessment

Weather forecasts will be monitored in the days leading up to your event. If severe weather is forecast, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include:

• Moving the setup indoors or undercover.

• Delaying the installation if conditions are expected to improve.

• Rescheduling your booking (subject to availability).
   

Rescheduling

If Par-Tee On The Go determines that weather conditions make the hire unsafe, your booking may be transferred to another available date within 12 months at no additional hire fee.
 

During the Event

If weather conditions become unsafe after the equipment has been installed, we may require the course to be closed and packed away immediately. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided once the equipment has been delivered and installed, as the booking time, transport, and staffing costs have already been incurred. This approach is widely used by event hire businesses.
 

Customer Responsibilities

The hirer agrees to:

• Notify us as soon as possible if the event location changes.

• Provide a suitable backup location for outdoor events where possible.

• Stop all use of the equipment if instructed due to unsafe weather.

• Ensure guests do not use the course during lightning, heavy rain, or high winds.

We appreciate your understanding and will always work with you to find the safest and most practical solution should the weather not cooperate.

Refund Policy 

• All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking date.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
